Army lists:

Per the matched play rules, armies must be battle-forged.
For the purpose of the rule of three, both armies are limited to three copies of each datasheet across the team.
All current Games Workshop & Forgeworld 8th edition Warhammer 40,000 source material may be used to build your Battle-forged army.

Chapter Approved 2018 Edition is in effect for ITC standard events.

Army lists must be submitted via email to stephen.hobbymaster@gmail.com by 21/06/19.

Team rules:

Each player on a team will have their own warlord and free relic.
Each player has their own CP pool, including the bonus 3cp for having a battleforged army.
Powers and strategems are still subject to once per phase.
Either warlord on a team will give out 'slay the warlord'
A team picks their secondaries for the mission together, and scores together.
For the purpose of all primaries and secondaries, each team is considered one single army.

Terrain:
The Advanced Battlefield Terrain Rules listed on Pg.248-251 in the main rulebook are in effect for these missions.

The following modification to Ruins type terrain will be used: Ruins: For this event, the bottom level walls of all ruins are considered to block LoS even if they do not actually do so. This means existing openings in them such as those created by windows, doors, bullet holes, etc. block LoS. This rule does not mean the players create walls where none existed. If in doubt as to where to define these barriers, clarify with your opponent before the game begins.

Pairings:

Swiss pairings will be used.
Grudge matches are allowed for the first round if submitted with your army list.
Players may also Blood Rule to ensure they don't play their friends/club the first round.

Missions:

Missions will be from the ITC Champions Missions, found here:

Chess Clocks:

In the final round, each table with undefeated players will be required to use a chess clock.
