Fixed Master Format:
Before round one pairings are announced, each player declares a Faction and a Leader. For the remainder of the event, when hiring crews, players may only select the Leader declared above to be their crew's Leader, and must follow the below Hiring Restrictions.
Hiring Restrictions:
- No Dead Mans’ Hand.
- No Dual Masters.
- A maximum of 15ss may be spent hiring Versatile Models, Out-Of-Keyword models (including their 1ss 'tax') and/or purchasing Upgrades.
- Proxies and conversions are allowed, provided you have a physical card or paper print out for your opponent's reference.
