HobbyMaster Championship Series Opening
"HobbyMaster Championship Series" (HMCS) is coming up next month with a packed weekend of HUGE MTG tournaments!!
Prepare yourself to come in for some intense battles and win sweet prizes.
HobbyMaster is proud to announce our very own MTG tournament series - "HobbyMaster Championship Series" (HMCS). Each season will last four months followed by the final open entry tournament to determine the seasonal winner. Each HMCS event will award you HMCS points, Earning points will qualify you to different tiers and each tier has different bonuses and privilege like byes at the seasonal finals or even FREE ENTRY to ALL HobbyMaster constructed tournament for a whole season! More detail will be revealed in the coming weeks.
To celebrate the starting of first HMCS season, we present a full weekend of events for everyone to enjoy!

Saturday 29th of July
HMCS: Team
Format - Team (Sealed, Standard and Modern)
Entry fee: $30
Registration Closes: 10:20am
Start Time: 10:30am 29th July
Prize structure per team (base on 12 teams):
1st - 60 prize tickets
2nd - 36 tickets
3rd/4th - 18 tickets
5th to 8th - 6 tickets
This is a top heavy event so the amount of prize tickets for the top teams will increase with more teams joined. The more the merrier, so rope in your friends!

HMCS: Modern
Start time: 3pm 29th July
Entry fee: $20
Prize structure (base on 16 players):
Guarantee a playset of each khans fetch lands in the prize pool. 3rd and 4th will need to play out.
Winner gets to first pick 4 copies from the prize pool, then followed by the 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

Format: Modern
Registration Closes: 10:50am
Start Time: 11am 30th July
Entry fee: $35
Prize structure (32 players minimum):
1st - 1 box of MM2017
2nd - 16 packs of MM2017
3rd-4th - 8 packs of MM2017
5th-8th - 4 packs of MM2017
9th- 2 packs of any standard legal set boosters
with 40 or more players, winner gets 2 boxes of MM2017
with 50 or more players, winner gets 3 boxes of MM2017
with 60 or more players, winner gets 4 boxes of MM2017 PLUS top 8 players gets a FREE MM2017 draft to determine the winner!
