KOMODO
In the strategic tile-laying game Komodo, players are zoologists attempting to build new habitats for Australasian animals imperilled by an incoming asteroid. Each player holds two animal cards stating the type and amount of terrain needed, five multi-terrain tiles, and wild cards. On a turn, they may lay up to three tiles, place one or both of their animals in free-form contiguous blocks of appropriate terrain, and use all or some of their wild cards. The starter tile has two blocks of each of the four terrain types: forest, grassland, desert and water. The number of blocks of terrain needed by an animal is equivalent to the number of points you can score by placing it. When the tile supply is exhausted, each player takes a final turn, then loses points for any unplaced animals still in hand. The player with the highest score wins.
Komodo can be played competitively in both basic or strategic mode. In the former, wild cards are obtained randomly; in the latter, players can choose their wild cards. Actions permitted by a wild card include: releasing animals to free up their terrain; bartering or stealing terrain tiles; remodeling tiles already placed; and forcing an exchange of animals.
In the cooperative version of Komodo, all 32 animals must be housed and each player must place at least one animal during their turn. The game is played open-handed, and the wild cards hinder the players.

GLIMSTONE GRAB
Every man, woman, and beast is after the magical Glimstones in this cooperative gameGlimstone Grab is set in the magical universe of our bestselling game, Hoard. Esmeralda and her friend, Wizard Widdershins, must save the town of Much Middling from a clutch of rapacious trolls who have settled into a clearing in the forest, where they are helping themselves not just to the gems, but the local children!
Players take turns revealing and actioning event cards, then using movement cards to circle the two heroes around the forest, collecting gems. When they meet up, if they have the right gems between them, they can perform a spell and banish a troll. Banish all the trolls to win, but keep an eye on the children. If they are all captured at the end of anyone's turn, the players lose. Thankfully, the magic of the Glimstones can be harnessed to rescue children, but this does take gems out of circulation. It is also possible to lose if there are no meeting places left.
The game can be set up for a beginner, intermediate, or hard game, but players can also make their own custom setting by selecting event cards to use and changing other variables.

TICKET TO RIDE: GHOST TRAIN
Ticket to Ride: Ghost Train takes the gameplay of the Ticket to Ride series and scales it down for a younger audience.
In general, players collect parade float cards, claim routes on the map, and try to connect locations such as the Mad Scientist's Lab, the Gingerbread House, and the Lonely Barn that are shown on their tickets. In more detail, the game board shows a map of a city with certain locations being connected by colored paths. Each player starts with four colored parade float cards in hand and two tickets; each ticket shows two locations, and you're trying to connect those two locations with a contiguous path of your trains in order to complete the ticket.
On a turn, you either draw two parade float cards from the deck or discard parade float cards to claim a route between two locations by placing your ghost trains on it; for this latter option, you must discard cards matching the color and number of spaces on that route (e.g., two yellow cards for a yellow route that's two spaces long). If you connect the two locations shown on a ticket with a path of your trains, reveal the ticket, place it face up in front of you, then draw a new ticket. (If you can't connect locations on either ticket because the paths are blocked, you can take your entire turn to discard those tickets and draw two new ones.)
If you create a route all the way from the Dark Forest region to the Seashore region, you collect the "trick or treat" bonus.

KIITOS
Kiitos is a fast-tempo, card-based word game with novel, simple rules and deep, emergent game play. You are not trying to make a word with the letters in your hand, but with those letters and the letters that may or may not be in your opponents' hands. The ftirst player plays a letter and says a target word. The next player plays the next letter of the word from their hand if they have it. If they don't then they can play a different letter and change the target word. If they can't think of a word to change it to with the letters in their hand then they have to pick up the played letters into their negative pile. If a target word is completed the player who set the target word picks up the word into their positive pile.
The game has two modes: Kiitos, where the words are built up from left to right and Super-Kiitos, where the words are built up in either direction. The full game flips dynamically between the two modes. If target word was WORLDS and you didn't have an S to follow with, in Kiitos WORLD could be changed into WORLDLY or WORLDWIDE with an Lor a W. In Super-Kiitos additionally with an R or M perhaps you could think of UNDERWORLD or DREAMWORLD

MONSIEUR CARROUSEL
Monsieur Carrousel is a cooperative game. Work together to help all of the kids get on the carousel before the rain starts to fall!
On your turn, roll the die. Choose a kid token that is not yet on the carousel and place it on an empty seat that matches the colour rolled on the die. Make sure to remember the seat type of the kids!
Then spin the carousel. What’s the weather like when the carousel stops? If your kid ends up in the sun zone of the game board, you pick up a yellow stick — representing a ray of sunshine — and place it in a trough on the board; the troughs need two sticks to fill, and if the stick doesn't fit the space exactly, then you place it back in the reserve, so pick carefully! If your kid ends up in the rain zone, add a raindrop to the board.
You roll a colour that has kid tokens in both spaces on the wheel? Spin the carousel and when it stops, look at the seat Monsieur Carrousel is now pointing at with his finger. If he points to a seat with a kid on it, then guess which seat the kid is sitting on. If your guess is correct, place a sun stick; otherwise place a raindrop. The game ends when either all of the kids are on the carousel or all of the raindrops have been placed on the game board.
Monsieur Carrousel includes multiple image wheels for variety in gameplay.
