SOULBLIGHT GRAVELORDS: LAUKA VAI, MOTHER OF NIGHTMARES / VENGORIAN LORD

Key Features Monstrously powerful commander for the Avengorii dynasty Powerful both physically and magically Kit builds either Lauka Vai or a Vengorian Lord Once a courageous vampire-knight who, despite holding no love for Ghur's mortal races, refused to prey upon those weaker than herself, Lauka Vai's constant struggle against the hunger within was cruelly cut short while tangling with a Tzeentchian sorcerer. Upon falling into a pool of primordial ooze she returned in an altogether more monstrous form, slaying her fellow knights in a fit of rage before the red thirst could be quieted. Now found among the equally bestial Avengorii dynasty, she leads her fellow vampires with the dignity of a true warrior queen, all the while fighting an unwinnable war against her own base instincts. Standing tall over the battlefield as a bestial mixture of bat-fiend, drake and vampire, Lauka Vai strikes down would-be challengers with ease befitting a noble knight in monstrous form. While she retains her wits and keeps her thirst at bay, fellow Soulblight monsters hang on her every word, but a deadly rage can descend at any moment and turn the Mother of Nightmares into a charging, howling whirlwind of carnage. _____ When the first rumbles of Nagash's great spell of death were felt, many magically-attuned vampire lords voyaged closer to Nagashizzar to better receive a bounty of power from the great wave of death magic. Unfortunately, they bit off far more than they could chew, and the amethyst magics of the necroquake turned those vampires into Vengorian Lords. Bitter at their monstrous fate, they now hide away in remote lairs, only to return leading crusades of spiteful retribution against all who would dare to live a life less afflicted. While they may look every bit a blood-crazed monster, long divorced of a vampire's warped nobility, Vengorian Lords are still capable commanders adept at directing their troops to greater acts of violence. They also retain the typical Soulblight aptitude for magic, and when a would-be hero strays too close to their sharp talons a quick swipe is all that's needed to commend another soul to Nagash. All the while, the Vengorians struggle with their inner bestiality, for it can take just a moment for the thin veneer of stability to give way to a rampage of bloodshed and violence. _____ The kit is comprised of 39 plastic components, with which you can assemble one Lauka Vai, Mother of Nightmares, and is supplied with 1x Citadel 80mm Round Base. This model can alternatively be assembled as a Vengorian Lord.

IDONETH: ISHARANN SOULRENDER

Key Features Reapers who claim the life-spirits of the dead Wearing a lurelight, they attract soulstuff to ensnare Accompanied by a Rakerdart, which attacks with its serrated bill The Soulrenders are unusual amongst the Isharann, for they are trained alongside the Akhelians, and are well accustomed to acting at the forefront of battle. Upon each Soulrender’s helm dangles a lurelight, its strange glow attracting and absorbing souls. Armed with a hooked polearm known as a talúnhook, Soulrenders fight alongside the Namarti, replenishing their subordinates’ ranks even as they reap spirit-stuff. A rope-catch attached to the talúnhook is ideal for snaring foes that attempt to flee, and each Soulrender employs a Rakerdart, a bond-beast that glides at its master’s feet, ready to stab prey with its sharp bill to ensure none can escape.  This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble an Isharann Soulrender. Far more heavily armoured than the Namarti he fights alongside, this model is clad in thick metal plate, with enormous shoulder pads in the shape of nets giving the model a particularly aggressive silhouette. The lower half is covered by a large robe featuring embroidered waves, from under which his heavy boots peek – his left foot is standing on a barnacle-encrusted rock, which decorates the base. His helmet is a standout feature – partially closed, a large metal structure looms out and over the top of his head, ending with the lurelight he uses to attract the soulstuff that fuels his kin. His talúnhook is massive – longer than he is tall – and ends in a wicked serrated blade, curving into an evil-looking hook, with its rope-catch dangling beneath. The Rakerdart that accompanies him is clearly a creature accustomed to combat, with plates running the length of its body and a large spike providing offensive weaponry.  This kit comes as 7 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 32mm Round base.

HORUS HERESY: SCORPIUS MISSILE TANK

Key Features Mobile artillery to provide Heavy Support to your Legiones Astartes armies Unleash hell with a rocket barrage that can be fired over obstacles and squads Upgrade your Scorpius with additional weapons and accessories Rugged and well-suited to high-intensity operations, the Scorpius missile tank is favoured across the Legiones Astartes as a source of manoeuvrable artillery support. Often collectively referred to as 'Whirlwinds', tanks mounted with multi-missile launcher systems are a vital part of any Legion's war machine, providing long-range covering fire and trench-breaking barrages. The Scorpius itself only entered service shortly before the Horus Heresy, created at the behest of the Space Wolves Legion in a campaign against fortified xenos bastion-cities – where its performance quickly saw it approved for widespread use. This multipart plastic kit builds one Legion Scorpius, a mobile artillery piece built on the Deimos-pattern chassis. This tank's turret-mounted missile system is loaded with rotary racks of explosive rockets, ready to saturate whole battlefield zones with a whirlwind of shrapnel and flames. Its launchers can be assembled at a variety of angles, to suggest a devastating volley of direct fire or an arcing salvo of munitions that will wipe out all but the heaviest infantry. In addition to its twin-linked bolter and smoke launchers, this kit includes components to upgrade the Legion Scorpius with an extra pintle-mounted weapon – a havoc launcher, heavy bolter, heavy flamer, multi-melta, or a combi-weapon with five configurations (bolter, flamer, melta, plasma, or volkite) – as well as a searchlight, a dozer blade, a hunter-killer missile, and cosmetic options like towing hooks, sigils, and a choice of a Space Marine gunner, spotter, or closed hatch. This kit comprises 125 plastic components, and is supplied with a Legiones Astartes Vehicle Transfer Sheet containing 44 optional markings and icons for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.

BLOOD BOWL: GRIFF OBERWALD

Griff Oberwald is amongst the greatest Human players to ever step onto the gridiron. Certainly, whenever the discussion of ‘greatest player ever’ crops up, Griff is one of the players mentioned as a top-ranking candidate. It wouldn't be outrageous to suggest that the golden boy of the Bögenhafen Barons is, perhaps, the best of all time.  It’s rare for a Star Player to match their reputation, but Griff manages it with a strong profile, useful skills, and a unique special ability that makes him more reliable than his peers. He can play for Halfling Thimble Cup (honestly, they could use the help) as well as Old World Classic teams, and he deserves a place on them all.  This finely detailed plastic model is supplied in 13 components, and comes with a 32mm Round Blood Bowl base.  All the rules you need to use Griff Oberwald are included for your convenience. You can also find them in Blood Bowl – The Official Rules and Spike! Journal Issue 12.

Trained to be the very best and surrounded by a cadre of hand-picked guards and aides, these uncompromising veterans expect no less from the troops under their command. Some are as inspiring as the regimental standards carried in their wake, while others are as motivational as the curt orders issued by their vox operators. This multipart plastic kit builds a Cadian Command Squad, made up of a Cadian Commander and four Veteran Guardsmen. The Cadian Commander is armed with your choice of a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in one hand, and a chainsword, power sword, or power fist for the other.
