SLAVES TO DARKNESS – ABRAXIA'S VARANSPEAR

Of all those warlords who fight beneath the black banners of Archaon, few have earned the dark renown of Abraxia. She is a conqueror of formidable strength and determination, and foremost amongst the mighty Varanguard. Abraxia leads these unmatched warriors to battle against the forces of civilisation, and delights in reducing the weak to ruin.

This multipart plastic kit builds Abraxia, Spear of the Everchosen, available here for the first time alongside three Varanguard. Abraxia is a powerful leader for the Slaves to Darkness, wielding the accursed spear Gorbolga and riding to battle atop the terrible Thanatorg. The hulking Varanguard that ride alongside her are almost as terrifying, each a Chaos-tainted champion demonstrating the very apex of martial prowess.

This set includes the following multipart plastic models:

- 1x Abraxia, Spear of the Everchosen
- 3x Varanguard

Rules for fielding Abraxia, Spear of the Everchosen, in your Slaves to Darkness armies, as well as mustering her Swords of Chaos army of renown, can be found in Dawnbringers: Book VI – Hounds of Chaos, which is available separately.

All models are supplied with their appropriate bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

BLOOD BOWL: VAMPIRE TEAM - THE DRAKFANG THIRSTERS

Key Features A powerful and haughty Blood Bowl team that brings their own snacks to the pitch Lean and blood-thirsty skilled players are supported by brutish yet disposable Thralls Decked out in the best of gear with ornate detailing and cosmetic head options Noble Vampires often partake in games of Blood Bowl alongside their human Thralls to showcase their immortal superiority and indulge in a little bloodlust. Due to their wealthy status, these Nobles are adorned in the highest quality gear. Meanwhile, their Thralls are dishevelled and diminutive, wearing little more than basic equipment and blouses – and their gaunt and malnourished appearances may or may not have something to do with Thralls becoming a mid-match snack for the Vampires when they get thirsty. Vampires who choose to play Blood Bowl among the underclasses are undeniably powerful, however, their teams can become undone when they occasionally give in to their Bloodlust and feed off their Thralls mid-game! But, if they can keep their hunger in check, their speed and strength make them a match for any other team out on the astrogranite. This multipart kit allows you to assemble The Drakfang Thirsters, a Vampire team for use in games of Blood Bowl. The team comprises eight Thrall Linemen, two Vampire Runners, two Vampire Blitzers, and two Vampire Throwers. You'll find alternate heads for each of your Vampire players, and an alternate arm for your Thrower, to help customise your team. In addition, there are two double-sided Blood Bowl coins, two turn and re-roll markers, four balls, and a transfer sheet. Rules for using Vampire teams in your games of Blood Bowl can be found in Spike! Journal 16, which is sold separately. This kit comprises 96 plastic components, and is supplied with 14x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Vampire Team Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

BLOOD BOWL: SEVENS PITCH

Key Features Smaller pitch for half-sized games of Sevens Reversible board and downsized matching dugouts   Amateur games of Blood Bowl are often played on a smaller pitch, with fewer players. A quick game of Sevens is a well-loved way to settle a grudge, pass the time, or take out business and romantic rivals with a convenient 'accident'. Even professional teams occasionally play a game of Sevens to stay sharp or as a charity event. As Blood Bowl Sevens is played with fewer players on each team, it makes sense that the pitch is reduced in size too. As such, some pitches are smaller than standard Blood Bowl regulations dictate, designed specifically for use when playing games of Sevens. This simplified version of the game is ideal for younger players, busy coaches, or anyone looking to get into the game with a shallower learning curve. This reversible Blood Bowl pitch features a standard turf field on one side and astrogranite tiles on the reverse. Though the size is reduced, all the standard markings are present and accounted for. You'll also find a pair of matching double-sided dugouts to complete the theme. Redesigned for games of Sevens, each dugout features a shorter Score, Turn, and Re-roll tracker, plus Reserves, Knocked-out, and Casualty boxes. You'll need a copy of both Blood Bowl – The Official Rules and the Death Zone supplement to use this pitch.

TYRANIDS: HORMAGAUNTS

Key Features A seething swarm of leaping shock troops for your Tyranids army Builds 10 Hormagaunts with scything talons, plus a Ripper Swarm Close the distance and drown enemies under a tide of chitin, claws, and fangs Hormagaunts are swarming shock troops, seeded onto prey worlds in their billions. As simple hunter-slayer organisms, spawned Hormagaunts can be left to rampage across battlefields and populations, wearing down defence lines and forcing the prey to expend lives and ammunition. This multipart plastic kit builds 10 Hormagaunts, as well as a Ripper Swarm to expand your skittering tide. These aggressive creatures each feature different poses – some leaping, some stalking, and some lunging, as befits their predatory speed and role as close-quarters killers. These poses can be combined with a variety of different head designs, allowing you to keep your Hormagaunts looking varied no matter how big your swarm grows. This kit comprises 68 plastic components, and comes with 10x Citadel 28.5mm Round Bases and a Citadel 40mm Round Base. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
