Echo Base lay in the snowy heart of the icy planet Hoth, defended by numerous fortifications and artillery pieces, where it remained undetected until an Imperial probe droid located the Rebel installation. The Empire's offensive was relentless; the base would soon fall. In order to keep the Rebellion alive, the brave defenders of Echo Base held off the Imperial forces to cover the escape of as many Rebels as possible. This army box is a special edition containing enough units and miniatures to field a 600-point Reconnaissance army using the Echo Base Defenders battlegroup rules, as well as the cards needed to use it in your games.

SPACE MARINES: COMPANY HEROES
This multipart plastic kit builds a Space Marine Captain and four Company Heroes to accompany him into battle. You can arm the Captain with a master-crafted bolter, plasma pistol, or neo-volkite pistol in one hand, and a power fist or power sword in the other. His retinue includes a Company Champion armed with a two-handed power sword, an Ancient bearing aloft an ornate banner, and two Company Veterans carrying master-crafted firearms – one with a bolt rifle, the other with a heavy bolter.
Each of these warriors are draped in decorations and honours befitting their elite status, and can be built with bare heads or helmets.

LEGIONS IMPERIALIS: LEMAN RUSS EXTERMINATOR AND ANNIHILATOR SQUADRON
This multipart plastic kit builds eight epic scale Solar Auxilia Leman Russ tanks for games of Legions Imperialis, each of which can be assembled in either the Exterminator or Annihilator configuration. The Exterminator's paired autocannons can cut down hordes of infantry with massed fire, while the Annihilator's twin lascannons make it an excellent tool for engaging with enemy armour. Each tank can be further customised with a choice of hull-mounted gun – either a heavy bolter or lascannon – and you'll find different options for crew or closed hatches atop the cupola on the turret, to give your massed tanks extra variety.
This kit comprises 132 plastic components, and comes with 1x Legions Imperialis Solar Auxilia Vehicle Transfer Sheet, containing 288 waterslide transfers. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Twin relic pistols, Duty and Vengeance, are strapped about her waist, and she wields an unsheathed power sword in one hand. In the other, she carries either a pair of magnoculars for surveying the battlefield, or a bejewelled sceptre of her high office. The kit also includes a choice of two heads – one helmeted, and the other bare. MECHANICUM: TRIAROS ARMOURED CONVEYOR
This multipart plastic kit builds a Triaros Armoured Conveyor, an imposing heavy transport fielded by the Mechanicum in the age of the Horus Heresy. This awesome vehicle features a transport hatch on either side of its hull, with arcane mechanisms visible beneath its armoured frame. Its prow is dominated by a huge shock ram, with a pair of volkite calivers and a double-barrelled mauler bolt cannon mounted to its roof and sides. The rear of the Triaros features its advanced flare shield generators and a servo-guided searchlight, and the kit also contains two optional hunter-killer missiles that can be attached to the hull.
