After deploying probe droids across the galaxy, the Galactic Empire discovered Echo Base, a Rebel Alliance stronghold on the planet Hoth. In addition to the base's fortified positions and arsenal, Hoth's extreme cold provided the rebels with an extra layer of defense. Darth Vader himself led an Imperial contingent, comprised of specialized troops equipped for combat in arctic environments, to launch a decisive attack and annihilate Echo Base.


This army box is a special edition containing enough units and miniatures to build a 600-point Reconnaissance army using the Blizzard Force battlegroup rules, as well as the cards needed to use it in your games.

This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to build 10 Grimghast Reapers. These indiscriminate spectral killers are notable for consisting of little more than a heavy robe atop a wisp-like ethereal form. Their tortured faces are wrapped in a scrap of sanctified shroud, which prevents them from vision – either physical or witch-sight – a curse which keeps them in a white-hot fury. Each carries a slasher scythe, which they are posed sweeping in a lunging motion; you have the option to build 1 miniature as an Extoller of Shyish, the unit leader.
