Hobbymaster is moving to a brand-new location!!
Next month on the 9th of June, Hobbymaster Ellerslie will be settling in to our new Hobbymaster Event Centre! More than just a store, this is going to be a premier gaming destination!
The new place is much more spacious than our current location with dedicated tables and play areas for all your gaming needs – whether that be wargaming, Magic the Gathering, Dragonball Super, Final Fantasy TCG, LCG’s, and board games – we have you sorted!! All that space means we can comfortably hold MASSIVE events for some epic experiences.
Don’t fret coz we aren’t going too far, the new location is just down the road at 531 Great South Road, Penrose and is surrounded by some awesome businesses including a childcare centre. Other things to be excited about include having over 60 parking spaces, a generous retail space, and most importantly… AIR CONDITIONING!!
This is a huge milestone for Hobbymaster and we will be moving over the course of a week, leading up to an epic celebration on the weekend. We will be celebrating in style with a grand opening event weekend over the 16th and 17th, which will include not one but TWO MTG tournaments with crazy $1000 cash prizes up for grabs! Not only that, we have some awesome DBS And FF TCG events lined up for the weekend too! (Did we mention we have massive play space??)
