By the fighting power of thousands of superhuman warriors such as these, armed and armoured for battle in the harshest of environments and the deadliest of war zones, the enemies of Mankind have been crushed repeatedly. The Legion Tactical squad is a highly flexible infantry unit, able to attack or defend at will, assault heavily fortified positions and take and hold strategic objectives, or simply slaughter an enemy comprehensively in almost any situation. MKIII 'Iron' power armour dates from the wars of the Great Crusade, and is renowned for its use in full frontal assault due to its bulky but durable design. This multipart plastic kit builds 20 Space Marine Legionaries, which you can field in games of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy as a Legion Tactical Squad of 20 models or two units of 10 models. Each of these Legionaries is armed with a bolter and bolt pistol, and you can optionally equip them with various additional components such as grenades, pouches, and a bayonet for melee fighting. You can also build up to two Legionaries with a Legion vexilla, two with a nuncio-vox, and two with an augury scanner. Accessories and alternative head options are included to build a Legion Tactical Sergeant for each of your squads – the kit offers a variety of extra weapon options for these unit leaders, including plasma pistols, power swords, power fists, and lightning claws. These models have no Legion markings, allowing Warhammer hobbyists to paint them in whichever colours they choose. However, the box includes a transfer sheet with 293 optional markings and iconography for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions. This multipart plastic kit contains 368 plastic components, and is supplied with 20x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 1x Legiones Astartes Infantry Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

HORUS HERESY: CERBERUS HEAVY TANK

Key Features A supremely destructive Lords of War choice for Legiones Astartes armies Take down even Titans with a massive triple-barreled neutron laser battery Ward off lesser foes with heavy armour and an array of sponson guns The Cerberus is a rare variant of the Spartan chassis that uses its massive hull to mount a prototype neutron laser projector, as well as the sizable arc-reactors and radiation shielding needed to operate the weapon. The neutron laser is poorly understood by the adepts of the Mechanicum, but stands among the most effective anti-tank weapons available to the Space Marine Legions, capable of punching through the strongest plating and shorting out its target’s systems with bursts of radiation. The terrible toll the Cerberus takes on its crew is regarded by many commanders as a necessary cost, for this impressive tank can threaten even Titan-class opponents. This multipart plastic kit builds a Legion Cerberus, a massive tank capable of laying waste to the largest of targets. Its armoured hull is dominated by the triple-barreled neutron laser battery that gives the tank its name, but you’ll also find loads of options for auxiliary weapons. The Cerberus sports a pair of sponson-mounted weapons – your choice of heavy bolters, heavy flamers, lascannons, or volkite culverins, which can be assembled gluelessly to adjust their positioning as you see fit. The kit also includes components to upgrade the Cerberus with a pintle-mounted weapon – a havoc launcher, heavy bolter, heavy flamer, multi-melta, or a combi-weapon with five configurations (bolter, flamer, melta, plasma, or volkite) – as well as a searchlight, a hunter-killer missile, and cosmetic options such as towing hooks, icons for Loyalists and Traitors, and a choice of a Space Marine gunner, spotter, or closed hatch. This kit comprises 221 plastic components, and is supplied with a Legiones Astartes Vehicle Transfer Sheet containing 44 optional markings and icons for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
