ORRUK WARCLANS: REGIMENTS OF RENOWN: BIG GRIKK'S KRULESHOTS

Key Features

  • A full Regiment of Renown to ally certain Grand Alliance Destruction armies

  • An ideal way to add models to your Kruleboyz collection and save money

  • Contains seven plastic Citadel miniatures - including six Man-skewer Boltboyz

Regiments of Renown are storied mercenaries who wander the Mortal Realms, offering their services to whichever armies will help them achieve their own ambitions. Led by warriors famous and infamous alike, these dogs of war recruit like-minded soldiers to join them in their quests to fill their coffers and grow their reputation.

One such warrior is the treacherous orruk Big Shot, Grikk. Forced to take swift leave of his clan after an unfortunate incident involving a stray arrow and the Boss’s Corpse-rippa Vulcha, Grikk took with him a handful of crossbow-toting lackeys and some grots to drag his beloved killbow across the realms.

This set contains all the miniatures needed to build Big Grikk's Kruleshots – a whole Regiment of Renown for use in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. These monster-slaying Kruleboyz are led by Grikk, whose mighty Beast-skewer Killbow serves to focus the fire of his followers against the biggest targets. Never far behind him are two deadly trios of Man-skewer Boltboyz, armed with crude crossbows that fire jagged, toxin-smeared bolts into unsuspecting enemies.

This set contains:
- 1x Beast-skewer Killbow
- 6x Man-skewer Boltboyz

The miniatures in this set are supplied with the appropriate bases and come unassembled and unpainted – we recommended using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

If your army has a Destruction general but is not a Kruleboyz army, you can include this Regiment of Renown – even if its points value exceeds the amount allowed for allied units. Alternatively, the models in this kit can also fulfil their standard battlefield roles in a Kruleboyz army, but will not benefit from the Regiment of Renown rules.

Regiments of Renown-specific rules can be found in White Dwarf 486 (March 2023). Full digital rules, as well as tips on how to field this unit in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, are also available to download from the Warhammer Community website.

DAEMONS OF NURGLE: GREAT UNCLEAN ONE / ROTIGUS

The Great Unclean Ones are Nurgle’s mightiest daemons. Towering over their enemies, these living hillocks of rotting flesh lumber across the battlefield swinging their rusted weapons, vomiting streams of filth and unleashing diseased magics upon the foe. Great Unclean Ones are terrifying when roused to wrath, wading through enemy ranks, crushing foes beneath their bulk and pulping survivors with their enormous swords and flails. Some toll rusted summoning bells to draw forth fresh daemons, while others unleash terrible outbreaks of magical plague. _____ There is one amongst Nurgle’s greater daemons who journeys further than any other. Where he goes, repugnant life spreads about him in waves. He is Rotigus, the Generous One, and he enjoys his work. Flora and fauna bloat and twist with grotesque fecundity in his presence – his gifts are such that he feels no need to carry weapons, instead bearing a gnarlrod, which constantly rots and regenerates from a seed to bring forth ever-more foul diseases. He manifests Nurgle’s Deluge – a rotten, diseased storm that eternally hovers over his mountainous form, a vile downpour that spreads the blessing of Nurgle to every far corner of the battlefield. _____ This model comes as 59 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 130mm Round base. The Great Unclean One can be added to both Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar armies, and the kit can optionally be used to assemble the special character Rotigus. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Great Unclean One. This is a truly vile model (in the most positive sense of the word!) – it celebrates its corpulence, with rotten, torn flesh slipping aside on its enormous gut to reveal winding intestines within. 2 different heads are available – one with symmetrical antlers and a foul grin, and one cyclopæan, featuring a hideous daemon tongue which ends in a sinister head – itself featuring a sinister daemon tongue! It can be armed with a massive bilesword or doomsday bell in the right hand, and a large bileblade or plague flail (a remarkable object which is essentially 3 skulls attached to lengths of heavy chain) in its left hand. 6 Nurglings are included, clutching items such as censers, or just hanging about – these can be added to the kit in any way that you see fit.

DARK IMPERIUM: PLAGUE WAR (PAPERBACK)

Key Features The second book of the Dark Imperium trilogy Roboute Guilliman and Mortarion continue to wage a vicious war over Ultramar Written by Guy Haley Book 2 of the Dark Imperium Trilogy As the Plague Wars rage on, the Emperor's will manifests in Ultramar through miracles that confound the primarch Roboute Guilliman, even as he must rely on them when he faces his traitorous brother Mortarion. READ IT BECAUSEThe battle between faith and science lies at the heart of Warhammer 40,000. Guy Haley explores it here as never before, through the eyes of Roboute Guilliman – the ultimate believer in rationality and the Imperial Truth. THE STORYAcross the void and upon the worlds of Greater Ultramar, the battle for the Imperium rages on. Intent on rebuilding his home realm and using it as a base to reconstruct the ravaged stellar empire of humanity, the returned primarch, Roboute Guilliman, proceeds with his war to drive Mortarion and his Death Guard Traitor Legion from the domain of the Ultramarines. Yet when Guilliman brings his brother to battle upon the diseased plains of Parmenio, the intervention of a greater power in their fraternal struggle threatens to upend the Imperial Regent’s understanding of the galaxy – and his place within it. DEATH GUARD: SCRIBBUS WRETCH, THE TALLYMAN

The worshippers of the Dark Gods know that there is power in words and numbers, incantations and arcane numerology. Seven is the unholy number of Nurgle, and the preachers of this doctrine are the Tallymen. Part priests, part demagogues, part metaphysical scribes and quartermasters, these festering zealots stride to battle festooned with the trappings of their strange craft – reams of parchment, crawling with tallies of seven in a strange, crabbed hand, counting the horrors inflicted on the Death Guard’s foes.  This multi-part plastic kit contains the parts necessary to assemble Scribbus Wretch, a Death Guard Tallyman. His is a particularly unpleasant model, even for Death Guard, with a morbid focus on gleefully counting and cataloguing misfortune – he carries a massive ream of paper on a clipboard in the crook of his left arm, with a bone stylus in his right adding to his tallies. A strange apparatus hangs from his back, ending in a tentacle that grasps an abacus – its beads, upon closer inspection, reveal themselves as skulls. His armour, as standard for the Death Guard, is covered in corrosion, boils and Nurgle icons, and he is accompanied by a Nurgling, busy with the task of carrying extra ink and paper. Scribbus Wretch stands atop a pile of books; likely written by him, and full of atrocities.  This kit comes as 8 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base.

NECRONS: TRIARCH STALKER

Like an enormous mechanical spider, a Triarch Stalker looms over the battlefield with its multiple slicing limbs and devastating weaponry controlled by a high-ranking Triarch Praetorian. When a Triarch Stalker advances, it does so with a speed and surety that belies its jerking gait. Indeed, it can cover all manner of terrain with a deftness and precision seldom found in the walkers of less advanced races. While the Triarch Stalker can mount a wide array of anti-infantry and anti-armour weaponry, it is most commonly employed as a dedicated tank-hunter. They can easily outmanoeuvre more cumbersome tracked vehicles, the better to unleash their withering firepower against the thinner armour presented by the target's flanks and rear. Your Triarch Stalkers can often be found at the head of your Necron assault, scuttling in front of your legion to tackle those particularly stubborn foes. Like all Necron commanders, you will have factored in a requirement for destroying tanks, and the Triarch Stalker's focussed heat ray will do the job nicely. Once you run out of tanks to destroy, you can then set to work on wiping out any infantry.       This multi-part plastic boxed set contains 75 components with which to build one Necron Triarch Stalker, and comes with two Necron transfer sheets. This kit is supplied unpainted and requires assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints.
