SOULBLIGHT GRAVELORDS: DEATHRATTLE SKELETONS

Key Features A Battleline unit for Soulblight Gravelords armies Able to return after death to fight once more Contains 20 miniatures, enough to build two units or one large formation Bedecked in rusting weapons and wearing the fading scraps of once-proud armour, Deathrattle Skeletons are the unflinching core of many a Soulblight vampire's army. Not only are they tireless, remorseless warriors, but also diligent workers in the fields of the Deathrattle Kingdoms, ruled over by Wight Kings as the shining ideal of Nagash's entropic necrotopia. While not the greatest of soldiers individually, Deathrattle Skeletons advance across the battlefield in an unending tide of clanking bones and steel, and make up for their shortcomings with sheer numbers. Even those who think they've struck down their grinning, soulless opponents find that the death-magics of Shyish cannot be denied, and the skeletons rise again for another go. The kit is comprised of 170 plastic components, with which you can assemble 20 Deathrattle Skeletons fielded in one or two units. Each group of 10 contains options to assemble one Standard Bearer and one Skeleton Champion armed with a mace or halberd. These models are supplied with 20x Citadel 25mm Round Bases.

SOULBLIGHT GRAVELORDS: LAUKA VAI, MOTHER OF NIGHTMARES / VENGORIAN LORD

Key Features Monstrously powerful commander for the Avengorii dynasty Powerful both physically and magically Kit builds either Lauka Vai or a Vengorian Lord Once a courageous vampire-knight who, despite holding no love for Ghur's mortal races, refused to prey upon those weaker than herself, Lauka Vai's constant struggle against the hunger within was cruelly cut short while tangling with a Tzeentchian sorcerer. Upon falling into a pool of primordial ooze she returned in an altogether more monstrous form, slaying her fellow knights in a fit of rage before the red thirst could be quieted. Now found among the equally bestial Avengorii dynasty, she leads her fellow vampires with the dignity of a true warrior queen, all the while fighting an unwinnable war against her own base instincts. Standing tall over the battlefield as a bestial mixture of bat-fiend, drake and vampire, Lauka Vai strikes down would-be challengers with ease befitting a noble knight in monstrous form. While she retains her wits and keeps her thirst at bay, fellow Soulblight monsters hang on her every word, but a deadly rage can descend at any moment and turn the Mother of Nightmares into a charging, howling whirlwind of carnage. _____ When the first rumbles of Nagash's great spell of death were felt, many magically-attuned vampire lords voyaged closer to Nagashizzar to better receive a bounty of power from the great wave of death magic. Unfortunately, they bit off far more than they could chew, and the amethyst magics of the necroquake turned those vampires into Vengorian Lords. Bitter at their monstrous fate, they now hide away in remote lairs, only to return leading crusades of spiteful retribution against all who would dare to live a life less afflicted. While they may look every bit a blood-crazed monster, long divorced of a vampire's warped nobility, Vengorian Lords are still capable commanders adept at directing their troops to greater acts of violence. They also retain the typical Soulblight aptitude for magic, and when a would-be hero strays too close to their sharp talons a quick swipe is all that's needed to commend another soul to Nagash. All the while, the Vengorians struggle with their inner bestiality, for it can take just a moment for the thin veneer of stability to give way to a rampage of bloodshed and violence. _____ The kit is comprised of 39 plastic components, with which you can assemble one Lauka Vai, Mother of Nightmares, and is supplied with 1x Citadel 80mm Round Base. This model can alternatively be assembled as a Vengorian Lord.

DEATH: CRYPT FLAYERS / HORRORS / HAUNTERS / VARGHEISTS

Haunting the night as vague silhouettes framed against a moonless sky, Crypt Flayers search tirelessly for enemies of their glorious court. Once spotted, their prey is swept upwards, gleaming fangs sunk deeply into their necks, leaving nothing behind but a drop of spilled blood. Horrifying to behold, Crypt Flayers are twisted monstrosities, mockeries of men who yet believe themselves blessed, enchanted examples of strength and power, regarded with awe and adulation by their low mordant kin. _____ The malformed monstrosities known as Crypt Horrors are, thankfully, a rare sight, though in times of open war their shambling forms can often be seen marching alongside the armies of the Ghoul Kings. Crypt Horrors feature hideous, wiry musculature and clawed feet. They display a number of boils, scars, with ruptured, tendon-exposed flesh along their spine, making quite the disturbing addition to your collection.  _____ Broken husks who yet fight on, Crypt Haunter Courtiers charge without hesitation, accompanied by the sickening sounds of tearing flesh and cracking bone. Able to heal their wracked bodies with preternatural speed, these wretched carrion knights gather Crypt Horrors to their side with deafening howls, attacking without mercy to aid the spread of their malign Courts. _____ Vargheists are the darkness in a Vampire's soul made manifest. They are towering winged humanoids, each several times the size of a man. Though the Vargheists were once noble Vampires, they have since devolved into ravening predators desperate for the taste of blood. Vargheists feature hideous, wiry musculature and clawed feet, and they possess strange fang-filled faces, crests and enormous fibrous wings.  _____ This multi-part plastic set contains 62 components and three Citadel 50mm Round bases with which to construct three Vargheists, three Crypt Flayers or three Crypt Horrors. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Paints
