STORMCAST: AVENTIS FIRESTRIKE

Just as the lightning shatters the oak to leave a pillar of flame in its wake, Aventis Firestrike is not only the stormbolt, but its burning aftermath, His power over the magic of the realms comes from a glowing coal of anger deep within his chest, which his many acolytes say is the source of his famously foul temper. When the Shyish necroquake cascased across reality he convinced his kindred spirit, the Tauralon Loithar, to return with him to his homeland; since then Aventis has won such acclaim that Sigmar has sworn him the Magister of Hammerhal. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble Aventis Firestrike, a Lord-Arcanum on Tauralon. Armed with the Staff of Hammerhal, he rides a specific Tauralon known as Loithar – this great beast has an impressively wide wingspan, with a dense skull and thick curled horns. This mount doesn’t require a huge amount of armour, with but a few pieces of metal around its legs and a chestplate featuring scrollwork and a sigmarite comet. Aventis himself wears the Thunderhead Crown, an ornate helm featuring lightning bolt-shaped spikes, and carries spirit flasks as part of his sigmarite armour – this is covered in detailed iconography, as is the sword and scabbard at his waist. Loithar is modelled with one hoof standing atop the ruins that form part of the base. The kit also contains the components needed to assemble an extra Lord-Arcanum on foot – armed with an aetherstave and spirit flasks, he stands atop a base of sigmarite ruins, and can be modelled casting a lightning orb. This kit can optionally be used to assemble an unnamed Lord-Arcanum on Tauralon instead of Aventis Firestrike – this has its own head, shoulder and leg options for the Tauralon. This kit comes as 67 components. Supplied with a Citadel 100mm Round base for the Tauralon, and a Citadel 40mm Round base for the optional Lord-Arcanum on foot.

STORMCAST: LORD ORDINATOR

Masters of celestial engineering, the Lord-Ordinators are wise men who have shaped the Mortal Realms through the word of Sigmar and the readings of the heavens. When their sharp and serious minds cannot re-mould reality to their whims, they take up their hammers and march to war, hewing the future with each blow as a master mason shapes the stone of a temple to Sigmar’s glory. Striding to battle in sigmarite armour, Lord-Ordinators wield astral grandhammers that strike with thunderclap force. It is their solemn duty to read the stars above, using the truths there to engineer fate on the battlefield. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to build a Lord-Ordinator. He comes clad in impressively ornate sigmarite armour – slightly less than most Stormcast Eternals, as his arms are bare between the gauntlets and his lion-and-hammer-motif shoulder pads. He wears a large textured tabard over his chest plate, which extends to a cloak at the rear, held fast by a belt featuring engineering and siege equipment – guides, measuring devices and a ratchet/wrench mechanism hang from his hips. He is using an open box of tools as a footrest – this box features an anemometer. He wears no helmet – instead, we’re treated to a view of his glorious facial hair. Behind his head is an arcanabulum, and topping off the symbolism nicely is an anvil and pair of callipers on his belt. Weaponry-wise, he holds a huge astral grandhammer in his right hand, with his left hand holding the astrolabe which he is peering at with a stern, quizzical glare.. The Lord-Ordinator comes as 10 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base.

STORMCAST: EVOCATORS ON CELESTIAL DRACOLINES

The eyes of an Evocator in full battle rage flash with sparks, and veins of lightning glow beneath his skin – the same energy that plays over his tempest blade and stormstave as he advances, arcing outward to ground nearby. These bursts are deadly, and can blacken and scorch anyone nearby if not channeled carefully and consciously – when channeled in this way, however, this energy can be used to empower the Evocators’ fellow Stormcast Eternals with Azyrite energy. The most battle-hungry Evocators ride on massive creatures both saurian and feline in aspect, known as Dracolines. These creatures carry a buildup of magic that can be released in a great scorching blast when pouncing upon their prey; combined with their heart-stopping roar, this makes an Evocator and his mount capable of felling a mournfang with such force its fellows will flee in mortal panic. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 3 Evocators on Celestial Dracolines. They are clad in Stormcast Eternals armour, with cloaks, tabards and ornate helms denoting their status as lightning-empowered shock troops of Sigmar. Dotted around their forms is the symbol of the Sacrosanct Chamber, the 3-marked anvil. Each wields a tempest blade and stormstave, with the option for 2 to carry a grandstave instead. The Dracolines they ride are large and fearsome, their forms incredibly dense and muscular; each of their 4 feline limbs ends in terrible claws, and their heads are squat and heavy. The Dracolines have little needs for armour, merely accessorised with a set of reins and saddle each. 1 of the models can optionally be assembled as a Lord-Arcanum, who has a specific head featuring no helmet faceplate (but still clad in a magnificent crest) and carries an aetherstave crackling with celestial magic. The other 2 miniatures are a male and female Evocator, who can be assembled with or without faceplates – these both feature options for assembly as Evocator-Primes, who feature a specific stormstave and lion-motif shoulder pad each. This kit comes as 107 components, and is supplied with 3 Citadel 90mm Oval bases.

STORMCAST: SEQUITORS

The line infantry of a Sacrosanct Chamber is comprised of its Sequitors, stern warriors who channel the tempest through the magical weaponry bequeathed to them by Sigmar. To be struck by such a warrior is to feel the energy of the storm discharging with thundercap force. Able to to channel magic into the armaments they carry, Sequitors specialise in switching swiftly between attack and defence, their mauls and maces capable of blasting apart gheists and daemons forever and their shields can turn aside even a Hexwraith’s ethereal scythe. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 10 Stormcast Eternals Sequitors. Specialising in the despatch of the ethereal enemies that haunt the mortal Realms, they wield stormsmite mauls and soulshields, or tempest blades and stormshields – enough weapons are provided for any combination of these you choose, with a further 4 stormsmite greatmaces available. 4 of the models are female with 6 male; all wear thick, heavy armour, long robes and tabards, with sigmarite icons hewn in metal above their helmets. Each model can be assembled with a bare or helmeted head, and can feature pointing arms instead of their shields, and feature a blank left shoulder pad allowing you to depict the symbols of whatever stormhost you desire. 4 of the models can be optionally built as Sequitor-Primes – male and female variants – who have options for redemption caches, shown depicting the soul of a Bloodreaver being torn from their bodies – stowed weapons are included should you choose to build this particularly evocative pose. The Primes have their own specific bare heads, tempest blades, shields, shoulder pads and collars. This kit comes as 168 components, and is supplied with 10 Citadel 40mm Round bases and a Stormcast Eternals transfer sheet.

STORMCAST: EASY TO BUILD ASTREIA SOULBRIGHT

Masters of aetheric lightning who can manipulate the cerulean energy of Azyr, the leaders of the Sacrosanct Chamber are known as Lord-Arcanums. Their storm-sight allows them to see the souls of living creatures, and they can hurl destructive bolts and empower the warriors around them with but a whispered phrase. A Lord-Arcanum that rides a Celestial Dracoline to war is typically a bombastic and bellicose type. It is just as well, for the Dracoline would soon desert a rider that could not win its favour – or worse, casually disembowel them in a blur of claws. Designed to be as easy as possible to assemble for new hobbyists while being detailed enough for the hardiest veteran to appreciate, this kit assembles a Lord-Arcanum – Astreia Solbright – mounted on a Celestial Dracoline. Push-fit, with no glue required, this kit is incredibly straightforward to put together and comes on a pre-coloured gold plastic sprue. Lord-Arcanum Astreia Solbright is a shining example of Stormcast Eternals might. She wears the armour of the the Evocators of the Stormcast Eternals, covered in sigils and signs, with a clasp at the back in the shape of 2 lightning bolts securing her cloak. She carries an aetherstave, with a spirit flask in her left hand; adding to her preparedness for spiritual warfare are a number of accessories – an additional spirit flask, a sword, saddlebags, rolls of parchment and books. Her Dracoline mount, known as Kazra, is stalking prey with feline grace and aggression, its muscular legs ending in four sets of fearsome claws. Its skin is covered in a combination of fur and scales and its harness and reins are emblazoned with the icon of the Sacrosanct Chamber. The Dracoline is posed atop a sculpted base, depicting fallen ruins crushing a Stormcast Eternals statue. This kit comes as 25 push-fit components, and is supplied with a Stormcast Eternals transfer sheet and a Citadel 90mm Oval base.

STORMCAST: EASY TO BUILD CELESTAR BALLISTA

The Sacristan Engineers of the Sacrosanct Chambers hail from the Ordinatus Conclave – sometimes known as the Conclave of the Thunderbolt for the devastating effect it can have on battle. These warrior-engineers command the chambers’ magical field artillery. When a Celestar Ballista is set up to defend a sacred site, approaching too close can mean an explosive death. Their rune-inscribed projectiles are filled with coils of stray lightning coaxed down from the top of a Sigmarabulum, and are launched like streaks of blue-white energy at the foe. Should their strike be true, they will blast right through the target in a chain explosion of arcane force. Designed to be as easy as possible to assemble for new hobbyists while being detailed enough for the hardiest veteran to appreciate, this kit assembles a Celestar Ballista, crewed by 2 Stormcast Eternals Sacristan Engineers. Push-fit, with no glue required, this kit is incredibly straightforward to put together and comes on pre-coloured gold plastic. The Sacristan Ballista is a powerful launcher, which sits on a tripod and is attended by 2 Sacristan Engineers. The Ballista itself is aggressive and slightly spartan, effectively a large armoured crossbow. At the front are 4 barrels, which launch the runed bolts, with armour plates featuring a lion motif and inscriptions. From above, the loading mechanisms are visible – rather than firing the rather unstable energy-filled bolts directly, cartridges are used to load artillery into the ballista. The Engineers are armed with sigmarite blades, though this is not their primary equipment – they hold measuring equipment, compasses and cartridges, all used to calibrate, load and fire the Ballista. There is a helmeted Engineer and 1 unhelmeted; both feature the iconography of the Sacrosanct Chamber. Extra details for the base are included, with an ammunition box full of cartridges, and another box filled with spare instruments. This kit comes as 17 components, and is supplied with a Stormcast Eternals transfer sheet, a Citadel 60mm Round base and 2 Citadel 40mm Round bases.

STORMCAST: EVOCATORS

The eyes of an Evocator in full battle rage flash with sparks, and veins of lightning glow beneath his skin – the same energy that plays over his tempest blade and stormstave as he advances, arcing outward to ground nearby. These bursts are deadly, and can blacken and scorch anyone nearby if not channeled carefully and consciously – when channeled in this way, however, this energy can be used to empower the Evocators’ fellow Stormcast Eternals with Azyrite energy. When their stormstaves and tempest blades strike the foe, the captive cables of energy that link their weapons wind around the enemy, burning them to the bone before leaping back to crackle between their masters’ weapons once more. Even an orruk horde will buckle under the intensity of a massed Evocator assault. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble 5 Stormcast Eternals Evocators. Each of the 5 is clad in Stormcast Eternals armour, with cloaks, tabards and ornate helms denoting their status as lightning-empowered shock troops of Sigmar. Dotted around their forms is the symbol of the Sacrosanct Chamber, the 3-marked anvil. Each can be armed with either a combination of tempest blade and stormstave, or a 2-handed grandstave. There are options for an Evocator-Prime – assemblable as male or female variants, this model can be built in a pose featuring magical lightning, or with its hand to its head, concentrating on a particularly powerful incantation. A model can be assembled as a Knight-Incantor, with a splendid beard and windswept hair gesturing toward the foe in a magically intimidating pose. This kit comes as 76 components, and is supplied with 5 Citadel 40mm Round bases and a Stormcast Eternals Transfer sheet.

STORMCAST: LORD-EXORCIST

The Lord-Exorcist is a master at channeling celestial energy to banish daemons and gheists. Even Nagash, in his towering arrogance, has been forced to take note of these figures, for they carry the light of Order, and are anathema to even the most hateful undead spectre. By slamming the heel of their ceremonial staves upon the ground, Lord-Exorcists can send out a wave of crackling null energy that will banish a soul from its body – and drive it far into the wilderness. The Lord-Exorcist also has purview over the lost souls of enemies, able to send them back to Azyr, where those who can be saved begin the long, arduous process of redemption. This multi-part plastic kit contains the components necessary to assemble a Lord-Exorcist. Clad in the imposing sigmarite armour of the Stormcast Eternals, this miniature is covered in magical iconography that signifies his status as an arch-manipulator of lost souls. Sigils and scriptures adorn his surfaces, with a large headpiece and belt adornment in the shape of the twin-tailed comet. He holds a book of magic in his left arm, open to a particular passage, and in his his hand grasps the Redemption Stave: this features at the top a casket which traps the spirits of the dead ready for judgment by the strange scales that sit either side. A spirit is depicted being drawn into this casket, ready to face its journey of redemption, and the symbol of the Sacrosanct Chamber is picked out in metal above it all. This kit comes as 8 components, and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round base.

STORMCAST: EASY TO BUILD CASTIGATORS

Castigators are powerful ranged support troops, commonly employed by the Lord-Arcananums of the Sacrosanct Chambers against those ethereal enemies that can kill with but a touch. The thunderhead greatbows they carry are miracles of Azyrite science and ingenuity, launching projectiles more akin to maces than mere bolts – stout shafts attached to braced heads filled with the storm-breath of Stardrakes. Not only capable of smashing barricades with their heft, these mighty missiles can discorporate the ethereal form of a diabolic creature in an instant. Designed to be as easy as possible to assemble for new hobbyists while being detailed enough for the hardiest veteran to appreciate, this kit assembles 3 Easy To Build Stormcast Eternals Castigators and a Gryph-hound. Push-fit, with no glue required, this kit is incredibly straightforward to put together and comes on a pre-coloured gold plastic sprue. Heavily armoured, as with most Stormcast Eternals, the Castigators are posed holding their immense thunderhead greatbows with both hands, as their weight necessitates. One model is male, and the other female – both stand upon ruins, the male atop a fallen pillar and the female a looted grave, with remains scattered around. Each is cloaked, with a splendid tabard billowing out in front. The Castigator-Prime is presented in a more relaxed pose – his thunderhead greatbow is hefted back over his left shoulder, and he holds his plumed helmet in his right hand, making his scowling, bearded face visible. Their accompanying Gryph-hound stands proudly atop a ruined piece of Sigmarite architecture, with his cruel beak and talons enhanced by spiked armour. This plastic kit comes as 19 components, and is supplied with 4 40mm sculpted round bases, each featuring holes for corresponding pegs on the feet of each model. Includes a Stormcast Eternals transfer sheet.

STORMCAST: EASY TO BUILD SEQUITORS

The line infantry of a Sacrosanct Chamber is comprised of its Sequitors, stern warriors who channel the tempest through the magical weaponry bequeathed to them by Sigmar. To be struck by such a warrior is to feel the energy of the storm discharging with thundercap force. Able to to channel magic into the armaments they carry, Sequitors specialise in switching swiftly between attack and defence, their mauls and maces capable of blasting apart gheists and daemons forever and their shields can turn aside even a Hexwraith’s ethereal scythe. Designed to be as easy as possible to assemble for new hobbyists while being detailed enough for the hardiest veteran to appreciate, this kit assembles 3 Easy To Build Stormcast Eternals Sequitors. Push-fit, with no glue required, this kit is incredibly straightforward to put together and comes on a pre-coloured gold plastic sprue. These 3 Stormcast Eternals, specialising in the despatch of ethereal enemies, notably wield some impressive weaponry – 1 holds a stormsmite maul and a soulshield, while another holds a 2-handed stormsmite maul. Over their thick, heavy armour they wear long robes and tabards, with Sigmarite icons hewn in metal above their helmets. The third model is a Sequitor-Prime; a female model, she is hefting a stormsmite maul over her right shoulder, leaning on her soulshield. You have 2 choices of head – 1 is helmeted much like the other Sequitors, while the other is bare, the sides of her head shaved. This plastic kit comes as 16 components, and is supplied with 3 40mm sculpted round bases, each featuring hole for corresponding pegs on the feet of each model. Includes a Stormcast Eternals transfer sheet.
