Scuttling, repugnant creatures whose insanity pushes them over the brink of madness into the belief that they are glorious, stout soldiers of a magnificent empire, Crypt Ghouls seek out fresh, raw meat – usually by killing anything in their path. Dangerous even as individual enemies, they tend to hunt in packs, each mordant competing with the other for scraps of flesh torn from the unfortunate dying. Should they catch a glimpse of their king they will fight all the harder – after all, who would not wish to be noticed by a court so glorious?

Few can assess the foe as swiftly or mercilessly as Ûthar and – once he has his enemies’ measure – he soon cuts them to pieces with the glowing Blade of the Ancestors.This kit builds Ûthar the Destined, a legendary Kâhl chosen by prophecy to lead the Greater Thurian League. Clad in a finely-crafted battle-suit and protected by the defensive field of his rampart crest, Ûthar is posed raising the immaculately-crafted Blade of the Ancestors skyward, to signal the advance and inspire his troops to even greater acts of martial prowess. He wields a searing volkanite disintegrator in his other hand, to take on foes at any distance.

This customisable character is clad in rune-etched void armour with a sweeping coat, and armed with a choice of weapons for fighting in both melee – a forgewrought power axe or crushing mass gauntlet – and at a distance – a searing volkanite disintegrator or a high-volume Autoch-pattern combi-bolter. The kit includes two crest designs to represent either a defensive rampart crest or advanced teleport crest, as well as three different heads – a helmeted option with an ornately-carved faceplate, or two bare heads, allowing you to create the Kâhl of your choosing.

Regiments of Renown are storied mercenaries who wander the Mortal Realms, offering their services to whichever armies will help them achieve their own ambitions. Led by warriors famous and infamous alike, these dogs of war recruit like-minded soldiers to join them in their quests to fill their coffers and grow their reputation.
One such leader is the rogue arcanist, Magister Thryx. He learned to harness the essence of destroyed daemons in order to power his living spells, and now weaves an unpredictable path across the realms, seeking to elude Tzeentch's gaze and find patrons for his lunatic experiments.
This set contains all the miniatures needed to build The Coven of Thryx – a whole Regiment of Renown for use in games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. This band of warped change-worshipping creatures is led by Magister Thryx, whose skill as a summoner is empowered by his own destroyed followers.
